SHIPPING
We will choose the most suitable transportation method according to customers’ needs, usually by air, sea and land. We can also provide logistics services for our customers to ensure that the goods can be delivered safely to their destinations.
We will choose the most suitable packing method according to the customer’s needs and order size. Usually, we will put the EVA material into a transparent plastic bag and then pack it in an outer box or wooden crate.
The transportation time depends on the chosen mode of transportation and the destination. Usually, it takes 3-7 working days for air transportation, 10-30 working days for sea transportation and 2-10 working days for land transportation.
Yes, we will carefully inspect the cargo before shipping and make sure it meets the shipping standards and safety requirements. We will also provide appropriate protection and safeguards for the cargo to ensure that it is not damaged or lost during transportation.
If the goods are damaged during transportation, please contact us immediately and provide relevant photos and documentary proof. We will compensate or replace the goods according to the situation.
We can do special packaging as per customer’s request. Customers need to inform us of special packaging requirements at the time of placing an order and may be subject to additional charges.
DELIVERY PERIOD
The delivery time depends on the quantity and specification of the customer’s order. Generally speaking, the lead time for orders is 1-2 weeks, and the lead time for large quantity orders may take 4-6 weeks.
Yes, we encourage customers to contact us in advance so that we can arrange production planning and raw material procurement to ensure on-time delivery.

If the delivery date is delayed due to our production problem, we will contact the customer as soon as possible and provide a solution. If the customer requires, we can try to speed up the production schedule and offer compensation or discount accordingly.
If the delivery date is delayed due to customer reasons, such as providing incomplete or inaccurate order information, or changing the order content, we will contact the customer as soon as possible and discuss a solution.
We can deliver in batches as requested by the customer. The customer needs to discuss the schedule of split deliveries with us when placing the order.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS
If you receive a product with quality problems, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the goods. We will provide you with a refund or reshipment service.
If there is no logo or logos or other elements on the product, we unconditionally support the return of the product.

The closed cell ratio of EVA foam is the percentage of closed pores in EVA foam. The closed pore rate can be measured by putting a certain amount of EVA foam into the liquid and then measuring the absorption of the liquid to calculate.
What are the available colors? Colors are usually achieved by adding pigments during the manufacturing process. Common colors are black, white, gray, red, yellow, blue, etc. Special colors can also be customized according to customer needs. In addition, we can also produce EVA foam with camouflage pattern.
What standards do you need to meet? EVA foam flame retardant performance usually need to meet international and domestic standards, such as the European standard EN71, the United States standard UL94, etc.. Usually through the addition of flame retardants, optimize the production process and other ways to enhance the flame retardant properties.
